The epilogue

We've been receiving some queries recently via owl post, so I guess it's time to make it official. Georgia and I regret to announce that Harry Potter Camp Elmhurst will not continue this year: in May we'll both graduate from college and start new chapters of our lives. That unfortunately means ending camp, at least for the foreseeable future.

We're so grateful to everyone who has supported this dream of ours throughout the years and allowed us to bring the magical world of Harry Potter to life for our amazing campers. We've been lucky to meet every creative young witch and wizard who has attended Chicagwarts during our seven sessions and to work with all of the incredible counselors and volunteers who made camp happen with us. It wasn't always easy or straightforward, but it was always fun thanks to everyone's enthusiasm and imagination.

In the interest of anyone who may be inspired to create their own Harry Potter experience at home, I've been working on a website that documents our behind-the-scenes experiences and secrets. Keep an eye out here for updates on when that will be fully available!

Once again, thank you so much for four fantastic years of witchcraft and wizardry.
